Sean, an LTM director, began his construction career as a carpenter and earned a Construction Management degree from Massey University.
As a construction manager, he handles project procurement, resourcing, health and safety, and QA. He has directed major projects like the Aurora House redevelopment and the Bowen campus buildings.
A notable challenge was managing the undersea basement at Clyde Quay Wharf, which won him a NZIOB national award.
Committed to training, Sean has overseen LTM’s apprenticeship program for over a decade and established a training school and pre-apprenticeship program. He also sits on the national advisory board of BCITO.
